Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 6 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

Each coaching package includes 10 sessions. Clients may request a complimentary 11th integration session upon completion of all scheduled sessions.

If, after the first session only, the client feels that coaching will not support their goals, a 90% refund will be issued upon request. This is the only time a refund will be offered. No refunds will be granted after the second session has begun.

These policies are in place to honor both the client’s commitment to growth and the coach’s time and preparation. By proceeding with the coaching package, the client agrees to these terms.
